What do you get for your money?

What you get is a listing on our site and our affiliate sites. If a buyer is found through our site, then you will not have to pay a penny to an Estate Agent even if you have a Sole Agency agreement, providing the eventual buyer was not introduced by the Estate Agents.

You will get a 12 month listing, a Property Devil account and the ability to access and change your property details at any point. All potential buyers will contact you directly through an email, giving you the chance to reply to the potential buyers that interest you, the choice will be all yours.
